Reservation Policy
Reservations need to be made at least 24 hours in advance. Last-minute bookings may be available. Reservations can be made by phone 310-606-2011 or 800-651-4740 or through our Contact Form.

Fees

• Bookings will only be accepted through a credit card hold.
• There is a $100 minimum call-out.
• A destination fee may apply outside of metropolitan areas and will vary based on distance required for travel.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.

Cancellation Policy

• Individual services require at least 2 hours notice. There is a 100% charge for cancellations made less than 4 hours in advance.
• Cancellations for spa parties and spa packages must be made 24 hours in advance in order to avoid a 70%-100% cancellation charge.
• Changes to any packages must also be made 24 hours prior.
   

Gratuities

• If you are pleased with the services you have received, it is customary to give a 15% to 20% gratuity to your spa technician.
• On spa parties or wedding parties of five or more people, a 20% gratuity charge is automatically added to the service cost.

Age Requirement

• Clients must be at least 16 years of age.
• Kids and teen spa parties for ages 6 and older are available, but there must be at least one adult present throughout the entire party.

The On-Site Spa Process

• All treatments are performed on a massage table, massage chair, or a facial table
• Our spa professionals will arrive 15-20 minutes prior to your appointment to set up.
• We take great care in ensuring your privacy. All treatments are performed with you dressed to your comfort level.

Reasons to Refuse Treatment

• Any medical conditions that were not mentioned at time of reservation.
• Broken skin or lesions.
• Please state if you are pregnant prior to treatment.

Hours of Operation

• Our spa technicians are available seven days a week from 8:00am-9:00pm seven days a week.
• An additional fee applies on any appointments between 10:00pm-7:00am.
• We are closed on major holidays
• Extended hours are available for special events upon advanced notice and agreement.
