Mommy Moments
Mommy Moments – Two types of massage are offered. First, a gentle, pampering pregnancy massage that helps alleviate muscle tension and aches as well as relieve swelling and stress on weight-bearing joints. Add $50
   
Rock and Roll
This treatment combines tension releasing massage techniques with smooth river stones as an extension of the therapist's hand. Deep heat allows you to experience profound relaxation and balance. Add $75.
 
Sensory Experience
An aromatherapy massage soothes the muscles, nourishes the skin, and provides serenity and relaxation. Add $50.
   
Thai Yoga Massage
The massage recipient changes into loose, comfortable clothes and lies on a mat or firm mattress on the floor. The massage practitioner leans on the recipient's body using hands and usually straight forearms to apply firm rhythmic pressure. A full Thai massage session typically lasts two hours or more, and includes rhythmic pressing and stretching of the entire body; this may include pulling fingers, toes, ears, cracking the knuckles, and walking on the recipient's back.Add $50 for each hour.
   
Raindrop Technique
The Raindrop Technique combines the science of aroma with the techniques of Vita Flex, reflexology, and massage. Essential oils are applied on various areas of the body to bring structural and electrical alignment. It is designed to bring balance to the body with its relaxing, mild application. It will also help to align and clear the energy centers of the body without using force or excessive pressure. When you combine the electrical frequency and the intelligence of the body and the oil, a greater healing process begins.
   
Reiki Balancing
In a typical whole-body Reiki treatment, the practitioner asks the recipient to lie down, usually on a massage table, and relax. Loose, comfortable clothing is usually worn during the treatment. The treatment proceeds with the practitioner placing his hands on the recipient in various positions. The hands are usually kept still for 3 to 5 minutes before moving to the next position. Overall, the hand positions usually give a general coverage of the head, the front and back of the torso, the knees and feet. Between 12 and 20 positions are used, with the whole treatment lasting 45 to 90 minutes. It is reported that the recipient often feels warmth or tingling in the area being treated, even when a non-touching approach is being used. A state of deep relaxation, combined with a general feeling of well-being, is usually the most noticeable immediate effect of the treatment.Add $50.
